Pop-Up Dinner at Saratoga Apple Friday and Saturday Dec. 14 & 15: Fresh Maine mussels two ways: marinara with ciabatta or Thai green curry over rice. Start with butternut squash salsa and farm-made sourdough flatbread, local baby greens with herb vinaigrette, and finish with pumpkin spelt quickbread drizzled with honey.
