Pop-up dinner at Saratoga Apple: Burger Night, featuring grass-fed Vermont beef mixed with sauteed mushrooms and grilled over hardwood charcoal. Served on a farm-made bun with a slice of sauteed apple and Cabot cheddar. Start with spring minestrone soup and a local baby green salad with herb vinaigrette. Maple butternut cake for dessert to celebrate maple season.
