GO Bags: Tomato transplants are thriving in the greenhouse. More immediately, we’ll have bags of potatoes, onions, kale, and scallions from our friends at Jupiter Hill Farm this week. Stock up on storage veg to get you through the next few weeks until spring harvests start.

Pop-up dinner at Saratoga Apple: Noodle Night, with real-deal ramen. Choose chicken stock made with Slate River Farm chicken or go vegan. Either way, start with a spring rice bowl, local baby greens with soy ginger miso vinaigrette. Gluten-free apple bars for dessert. The whole dinner is gluten-free.
